当社は、お問い合わせ、申込み、予約、決済および体験サービスの提供にあたり、次の情報を取得する場合があります。

- 希望日、参加人数、体験内容、会場および申込・予約履歴
- 支払方法、決済状況その他取引に関する情報
- 安全な体験提供に必要な健康状態、アレルギー、身体上の配慮事項等（必要な場合に、同意を得て取得します）
- お問い合わせ内容および当社との連絡記録

2. Purposes of Use / 個人情報の利用目的

- 申込み・予約の受付、確認、変更および取消
- お客様および参加者の本人確認
- 体験プログラムの準備、運営および安全管理

- 会場、講師、通訳、旅行会社、宿泊施設、交通事業者その他関係者との連絡・調整
- 請求、決済、返金その他取引の処理
- 重要な連絡およびサービスに関する案内

- 不正利用の防止、規約違反への対応および法令上必要な手続き
Advertising, email newsletters, and other promotional communications will be sent only with the customer’s consent or to the extent permitted by law.
広告、メールマガジンその他の販売促進を目的とする案内は、お客様の同意を得た場合または法令上認められる範囲で行います。
3. Provision to Third Parties / 第三者への提供
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s consent, except when required by law, necessary to protect a person’s life, health, or property, or otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
当社は、お客様の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合その他法令で認められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
When information must be shared with a venue, instructor, interpreter, travel company, accommodation facility, transportation provider, group representative, or other party for the operation of a program, we will limit the information to what is reasonably necessary.
体験プログラムの実施に必要な範囲で、会場、講師、通訳、旅行会社、宿泊施設、交通事業者、団体責任者その他の関係者へ情報を共有する場合は、必要最小限の情報に限定します。
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing / 個人情報取扱業務の委託
We may outsource services such as reservation management, payment processing, email delivery, website operation, data storage, translation, or customer support. We select appropriate service providers and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision.
当社は、予約管理、決済処理、メール配信、ウェブサイト運営、データ保管、翻訳または顧客対応等の業務を外部事業者へ委託する場合があります。当社は、委託先を適切に選定し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

6. Photographs and Videos / 写真・動画の取り扱い
We may take photographs or videos for program records, safety review, service improvement, or customer use. Photographs or videos in which an individual can be identified will not be used on our websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, or other promotional materials without the consent of the individual or, when appropriate, a guardian or group representative.
当社は、体験プログラムの記録、安全確認、サービス改善またはお客様への提供を目的として、写真・動画を撮影する場合があります。個人を識別できる写真・動画を当社ウェブサイト、SNS、広告、パンフレットその他の広報媒体に使用する場合は、本人または必要に応じて保護者・団体責任者の同意を得ます。

When a customer requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision concerning personal information held by us, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws after confirming the identity of the requester.
お客様ご本人から、当社が保有する個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去または第三者提供の停止を求められた場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い適切に対応します。
11. Information Concerning Minors / 未成年者の個人情報
When a minor provides personal information or applies for a program, the consent of a parent or legal guardian may be required. Any age restrictions and participation requirements stated for an individual program will also apply.
未成年者が個人情報を提供し、または体験プログラムへ申し込む場合は、保護者の同意を必要とすることがあります。各プログラムに対象年齢または参加条件が記載されている場合は、その条件も適用されます。
12. Changes to This Policy / 本ポリシーの改定
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws, services, or our handling of personal information. The revised policy will become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated.
当社は、法令の改正、サービス内容または個人情報の取扱方法の変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。特別な記載がない限り、改定後の内容は当社ウェブサイトへ掲載した時点から適用します。
