This Cancellation Policy applies to reservations for SAMURAI EXP programs operated by Japan Budo Tourism Organization Co., Ltd.
本キャンセルポリシーは、株式会社日本武道ツーリズム機構が運営するSAMURAI EXPの体験プログラムの予約に適用します。
1. Scope and Priority of Individual Conditions / 適用範囲および個別条件の優先
The following conditions are our standard cancellation policy. When different cancellation conditions are stated in a quotation, application form, contract, invoice, or reservation confirmation, those individual conditions will take priority.
以下は当社の標準キャンセル条件です。見積書、申込書、契約書、請求書または予約確認書に異なるキャンセル条件を記載した場合は、その個別条件を優先します。
All deadlines and times in this policy are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
本ポリシーに記載する期限および時刻は、すべて日本時間を基準とします。
2. Individual and Small-Group Reservations / 個人・少人数向け予約
The following standard cancellation fees apply to individual and small-group reservations:
個人・少人数向け予約には、次の標準キャンセル料を適用します。

3. Schools, Companies, Travel Companies, and Group Reservations / 学校・企業・旅行会社・団体予約
For schools, companies, travel companies, private groups, and specially arranged programs, cancellation is generally free until 5:00 p.m. seven days before the experience date.
学校、企業、旅行会社、団体および特別手配プログラムについては、原則として体験日の7日前17:00までキャンセル料はかかりません。
After that deadline, cancellation fees will be determined according to the individual conditions stated in the quotation, application form, contract, or reservation confirmation, taking into account venue charges, instructor arrangements, equipment, transportation, interpretation, accommodation, preparation, and other non-refundable expenses.
それ以降のキャンセルについては、会場費、講師手配費、用具費、交通費、通訳費、宿泊費、準備費その他返金できない費用を考慮し、見積書、申込書、契約書または予約確認書に記載した個別条件に基づいてキャンセル料を定めます。
Any individual cancellation conditions will be presented before the reservation is confirmed.
個別のキャンセル条件は、予約確定前にお客様へ提示します。
4. Changes to the Date, Program, or Number of Participants / 日程・内容・参加人数の変更
Requests to change the date, time, program, venue, or number of participants are subject to availability and our approval.
日時、体験内容、会場または参加人数の変更は、空き状況および当社の承諾を条件とします。
A request to change the reservation may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation when the original arrangements cannot be transferred to the new conditions.
当初の手配を変更後の条件へ引き継ぐことができない場合は、変更ではなく、元の予約のキャンセルおよび新規予約として取り扱うことがあります。
If the number of participants decreases, the total price, per-person price, minimum charge, venue charge, or other costs may change. The amount stated in the quotation or reservation confirmation will apply.
参加人数が減少した場合、総額、1名あたりの料金、最低実施料金、会場費その他の費用が変更となることがあります。見積書または予約確認書に記載した条件を適用します。
5. Late Arrival and No-Show / 遅刻および無断キャンセル
Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late. Depending on the venue schedule and program arrangements, the experience time may be shortened or participation may no longer be possible.
遅刻する可能性がある場合は、できるだけ早く当社へご連絡ください。会場の利用時間およびプログラムの手配状況により、体験時間を短縮し、または参加をお断りする場合があります。
No refund will be provided when a participant does not attend without prior notice or cannot participate due to a substantial delay attributable to the participant.
事前の連絡なく参加しなかった場合、または参加者側の事情による大幅な遅刻により体験へ参加できなかった場合、返金は行いません。
6. Illness, Injury, and Transportation Disruption / 病気・けが・交通機関の遅延
Customer cancellations due to illness, injury, transportation delays, flight cancellations, or personal circumstances are generally subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
病気、けが、交通機関の遅延、航空便の欠航その他お客様側の事情によるキャンセルには、原則として所定のキャンセル料を適用します。
However, we may consider a change of date or other reasonable arrangement depending on the circumstances and availability. Such arrangements are not guaranteed.
ただし、事情および空き状況により、日程変更その他の対応を検討する場合があります。変更対応を保証するものではありません。
7. Severe Weather, Natural Disasters, and Other Unavoidable Events / 悪天候・自然災害その他やむを得ない事情
If we determine that a program can be operated safely, a cancellation requested by the customer will be handled under the standard cancellation conditions.
当社が安全に実施できると判断している場合に、お客様の判断でキャンセルするときは、標準キャンセル条件を適用します。
If the program cannot be safely or reasonably operated due to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation shutdowns, government requests, venue closure, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may change, postpone, or cancel the program.
悪天候、自然災害、交通機関の停止、行政機関からの要請、会場の閉鎖その他やむを得ない事情により、安全または適切な実施が困難な場合は、内容の変更、延期または中止を行うことがあります。
8. Cancellation or Changes by Us / 当社による中止・変更
We may change, postpone, or cancel a program due to instructor illness, venue restrictions, equipment failure, safety concerns, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruption, or other unavoidable circumstances.
講師の疾病、会場の都合、設備の故障、安全上の問題、悪天候、自然災害、交通機関の停止その他やむを得ない事情により、内容の変更、延期または中止を行う場合があります。
If we cancel a confirmed program, we will propose an alternative date or refund the amount received for the cancelled service.
当社が予約確定済みのプログラムを中止する場合は、代替日程を提案し、または中止したサービスについて受領済みの金額を返金します。
9. Refund Method / 返金方法
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the bank, credit card company, payment provider, or other financial institution.
返金は、原則としてお支払い時と同じ方法で行います。返金時期は、銀行、クレジットカード会社、決済事業者その他の金融機関により異なります。
Bank transfer, remittance, currency conversion, and payment processing fees resulting from a customer cancellation may be deducted from the refund when stated in advance or permitted by law.
お客様都合のキャンセルに伴う振込手数料、送金手数料、為替手数料および決済手数料は、事前に案内した場合または法令上認められる範囲で、返金額から差し引くことがあります。
10. How to Cancel / キャンセルの連絡方法
Please notify us through the SAMURAI EXP inquiry form or by replying to the email used for your quotation or reservation confirmation.
SAMURAI EXPのお問い合わせフォーム、または見積り・予約確認時に使用したメールへの返信によりご連絡ください。
A cancellation becomes effective when we receive the notice. Please retain the sent email or confirmation screen until the cancellation has been acknowledged by us.
キャンセルは、当社がご連絡を受信した時点で有効となります。当社からキャンセル受付の連絡が届くまで、送信済みメールまたは送信完了画面を保管してください。
11. Language / 言語
This Cancellation Policy is provided in English and Japanese. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation, the Japanese version will prevail.
本キャンセルポリシーは英語および日本語で表示します。両言語の解釈に相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先します。
