These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SAMURAI EXP services operated by Japan Budo Tourism Organization Co., Ltd. By applying for or participating in a program, the customer and participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
本利用規約は、株式会社日本武道ツーリズム機構が運営するSAMURAI EXPのサービス利用条件を定めるものです。お客様および参加者は、プログラムへの申込みまたは参加により、本規約に同意したものとします。
1. Scope / 適用範囲
These Terms and Conditions apply to inquiries, quotations, applications, reservations, payments, participation, and all related services provided through SAMURAI EXP.
本規約は、SAMURAI EXPを通じて行われるお問い合わせ、見積り、申込み、予約、支払い、体験参加およびこれらに関連するすべてのサービスに適用されます。
When separate conditions are stated in a quotation, application form, contract, reservation confirmation, or individual program information, those individual conditions will take priority.
見積書、申込書、契約書、予約確認書または個別のプログラム案内に別の条件を記載した場合は、その個別条件を優先します。
2. Services / 提供サービス
SAMURAI EXP plans and operates samurai, iaido, budo, and Japanese cultural experience programs. Program content, duration, venue, instructors, equipment, number of participants, and other conditions vary depending on the individual plan.
SAMURAI EXPは、サムライ体験、居合道・武道体験および日本文化体験プログラムを企画・運営します。内容、所要時間、会場、講師、使用道具、参加人数その他の条件は、個別のプランにより異なります。
3. Application and Reservation Confirmation / 申込みおよび予約の成立
An inquiry or request for a quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed when we accept the application and send a reservation confirmation.
お問い合わせまたは見積り依頼のみでは、予約は成立しません。当社がお申し込みを承諾し、予約確定のご案内を送信した時点で予約成立となります。
When advance payment is required, the reservation may be confirmed only after payment has been received.
事前決済が必要な場合は、入金確認後に予約確定となることがあります。
4. Information Provided by the Customer / お客様による情報提供
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including the requested date, number of participants, names, ages, contact details, language requirements, and any information necessary for safe participation.
お客様は、希望日、参加人数、氏名、年齢、連絡先、言語対応および安全な参加に必要な事項について、正確かつ完全な情報を提供してください。
A person applying on behalf of a group must have the authority to make the application and must communicate the program conditions and safety information to all participants.
団体を代表して申し込む方は、申込みに必要な権限を有し、プログラムの条件および安全上の注意事項をすべての参加者へ伝えるものとします。
5. Prices and Payment / 料金および支払い
Prices, payment methods, payment deadlines, and any additional charges will be stated on the service page, quotation, invoice, application form, or reservation confirmation.
料金、支払方法、支払期限および追加費用は、サービスページ、見積書、請求書、申込書または予約確認書に記載します。
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, we may cancel the reservation.
指定された期限までに入金を確認できない場合、当社は予約を取り消すことがあります。
6. Changes Requested by the Customer / お客様による予約内容の変更
Requests to change the date, time, number of participants, program content, venue, or other reservation details are subject to availability and our approval.
日時、参加人数、体験内容、会場その他の予約内容の変更は、空き状況および当社の承諾を条件とします。
Additional charges may apply when a change increases costs or requires additional arrangements.
変更により費用の増加または追加手配が必要となる場合は、追加料金が発生することがあります。
7. Cancellation by the Customer / お客様によるキャンセル
Cancellation fees and refund conditions are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
キャンセル料および返金条件は、当サイトのキャンセルポリシーに基づきます。
When separate cancellation conditions are stated in a quotation, application form, contract, or reservation confirmation, those individual conditions will take priority.
見積書、申込書、契約書または予約確認書に個別のキャンセル条件を記載した場合は、その条件を優先します。
8. Safety and Participation Requirements / 安全管理および参加条件
Participants must follow all instructions provided by our staff, instructors, venue personnel, and other authorized persons.
参加者は、当社スタッフ、講師、会場担当者その他の権限を有する者の指示に従ってください。
Participants must use clothing, protective equipment, training tools, and other equipment in the instructed manner and must not perform unauthorized movements or actions.
参加者は、服装、保護具、稽古道具その他の用具を指示された方法で使用し、許可されていない動作または行為をしてはなりません。
For safety reasons, we may restrict or refuse participation if a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is behaving dangerously, fails to follow instructions, or is otherwise considered unable to participate safely.
飲酒または薬物の影響がある場合、危険な行為を行った場合、指示に従わない場合その他安全に参加できないと当社が判断した場合は、参加を制限またはお断りすることがあります。
9. Health Conditions and Physical Considerations / 健康状態および身体上の配慮
Participants must inform us in advance of any illness, injury, disability, pregnancy, allergy, medication, or other condition that may affect safe participation.
参加者は、安全な参加に影響する可能性がある疾病、けが、障がい、妊娠、アレルギー、服薬その他の事情がある場合、事前に当社へお知らせください。
Depending on the condition and program content, we may modify the program or decline participation for safety reasons.
健康状態および体験内容によっては、安全上の理由から内容を変更し、または参加をお断りすることがあります。
10. Prohibited Conduct / 禁止事項
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Conduct that endangers the participant or another person
- Failure to follow safety instructions
- Unauthorized use or removal of equipment
- Damage to venues, equipment, cultural property, or the property of another person
- Violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Participation under a false identity or provision of false information
- Commercial filming, recording, reproduction, or resale without permission
- Conduct that violates laws, public order, or generally accepted standards of conduct
- Any other conduct that we reasonably determine interferes with safe and proper operation
次の行為を禁止します。
- 本人または他者を危険にさらす行為
- 安全上の指示に従わない行為
- 用具を許可なく使用または持ち出す行為
- 会場、用具、文化財または他者の財産を損傷する行為
- 暴力、脅迫、嫌がらせ、差別または運営を妨げる行為
- 虚偽の名義による参加または虚偽情報の提供
- 許可のない商業目的の撮影、録音、複製または転売
- 法令、公序良俗または社会通念に反する行為
- その他、安全かつ適切な運営を妨げると当社が合理的に判断する行為
11. Photography and Video Recording / 写真・動画の撮影
Personal photography and video recording may be permitted within the limits specified by the instructor, venue, or program. Photography may be restricted for safety, privacy, copyright, cultural property protection, or venue management reasons.
個人利用を目的とする写真・動画撮影は、講師、会場またはプログラムが定める範囲で認める場合があります。安全、プライバシー、著作権、文化財保護または会場管理上の理由により、撮影を制限することがあります。
We will obtain consent before using identifiable photographs or videos of participants for advertising, websites, social media, brochures, or other promotional purposes.
参加者を識別できる写真・動画を広告、ウェブサイト、SNS、パンフレットその他の広報目的で使用する場合は、事前に同意を得ます。
12. Venues, Instructors, and Third-Party Services / 会場・講師および外部サービス
Programs may be provided in cooperation with external venues, instructors, interpreters, transportation providers, accommodation facilities, travel companies, payment providers, and other service providers.
プログラムは、外部の会場、講師、通訳、交通事業者、宿泊施設、旅行会社、決済事業者その他のサービス提供者と連携して実施する場合があります。
Customers must also comply with the rules and conditions established by the relevant venue or service provider.
お客様は、利用する会場または外部サービス提供者が定める規則および利用条件にも従うものとします。
13. Changes or Cancellation by Us / 当社による変更・中止
We may change, postpone, suspend, or cancel a program due to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruption, venue restrictions, instructor illness, equipment failure, safety concerns, insufficient arrangements, government requests, or other unavoidable circumstances.
悪天候、自然災害、交通機関の停止、会場の都合、講師の疾病、設備の故障、安全上の問題、手配上の支障、行政機関からの要請その他やむを得ない事情により、内容の変更、延期、停止または中止を行う場合があります。
When we cancel a confirmed program, we will propose an alternative date or refund the amount received for the affected service, according to the circumstances.
当社が予約確定済みのプログラムを中止する場合は、状況に応じて代替日程を提案し、または対象サービスについて受領済みの金額を返金します。
14. Responsibility for Damage / 損害に関する責任
Participants are responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently to venues, equipment, cultural property, our staff, instructors, other participants, or third parties.
参加者の故意または過失により、会場、用具、文化財、当社スタッフ、講師、他の参加者または第三者に損害を与えた場合、参加者はその損害について責任を負うものとします。
We will be responsible for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or negligence in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
当社の故意または過失によって生じた損害については、関係法令に従って責任を負います。本規約は、法令上免除または制限することが認められない責任を免除または制限するものではありません。
15. Personal Information / 個人情報
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
個人情報は、当サイトのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
16. Intellectual Property / 知的財産権
Copyrights, trademarks, photographs, videos, text, program materials, teaching methods, designs, and other intellectual property relating to SAMURAI EXP belong to us or their respective rights holders.
SAMURAI EXPに関する著作権、商標、写真、動画、文章、教材、指導方法、デザインその他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, sold, or commercially used without prior permission.
事前の許可なく、これらを複製、配布、公開、改変、販売または商業利用することはできません。
17. Changes to These Terms / 規約の変更
We may revise these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary due to changes in laws, services, safety requirements, or operating conditions. The revised Terms and Conditions will become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated.
当社は、法令、サービス内容、安全基準または運営状況の変更等により合理的に必要な場合、本規約を改定することがあります。特別な記載がない限り、改定後の規約は当サイトへ掲載した時点から適用します。
18. Governing Law and Disputes / 準拠法および紛争
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith consultation, and if no resolution is reached, it will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under Japanese law.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は誠実に協議し、解決しない場合は、日本の法令により管轄権を有する裁判所において解決するものとします。
19. Language / 言語
These Terms and Conditions are provided in English and Japanese. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation, the Japanese version will prevail.
本規約は英語および日本語で表示します。両言語の解釈に相違がある場合は、日本語版を優先します。
