Prices / 販売価格
Prices are stated on each service page, quotation, application form, or reservation confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, all prices include Japanese consumption tax.
各サービスページ、見積書、申込書または予約確認書に表示します。特別な記載がない限り、表示価格には日本の消費税が含まれます。
Additional Charges / 販売価格以外に必要な費用
Bank transfer fees and, depending on the program, additional venue, transportation, accommodation, admission, interpreter, or other necessary charges may apply. Any additional charges will be explained in advance.
銀行振込手数料のほか、プログラムにより会場費、交通費、宿泊費、入場料、通訳費その他の費用が別途必要となる場合があります。追加費用が発生する場合は、事前にご案内します。
How to Apply / 申込方法
Please contact us through the SAMURAI EXP inquiry form. We will confirm the requested date, number of participants, program details, venue, and other conditions before providing a quotation and application information.

Reservation Confirmation / 予約の成立
A reservation is confirmed when we accept the application and send a reservation confirmation. When advance payment is required, the reservation may be confirmed after payment has been received.
当社がお申し込みを承諾し、予約確定のご案内を送信した時点で予約成立となります。事前決済が必要な場合は、入金確認後に予約確定となることがあります。
Payment Method and Timing / 支払方法・支払時期
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or on-site payment, depending on the program. The available payment method and due date will be stated in the quotation, invoice, application form, or reservation confirmation.
プログラムにより、銀行振込、クレジットカードまたは現地決済をご利用いただけます。利用可能な支払方法および支払期限は、見積書、請求書、申込書または予約確認書に記載します。
Service Date / サービスの提供時期
The service will be provided on the date and at the time stated in the reservation confirmation.
予約確認書に記載された日時にサービスを提供します。
Cancellation and Changes / キャンセル・変更
Cancellation fees and conditions are governed by our Cancellation Policy. When separate conditions are stated in a quotation, application form, contract, or reservation confirmation, those individual conditions will take priority.
キャンセル料および条件は、当サイトのキャンセルポリシーに基づきます。見積書、申込書、契約書または予約確認書に個別の条件を記載した場合は、その条件を優先します。
Cancellation or Changes by the Operator / 当社による中止・変更
For safety reasons or due to severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, instructor availability, transportation disruption, or other unavoidable circumstances, the program may be changed, postponed, or cancelled. In such cases, we will propose an alternative date or provide an appropriate refund according to the circumstances.
安全上の理由、悪天候、自然災害、会場の都合、講師の事情、交通機関の停止その他やむを得ない事情により、内容の変更、延期または中止を行う場合があります。その場合は、状況に応じて代替日程の提案または適切な返金を行います。
Returns and Refunds / 返品・返金
Due to the nature of experience services, returns are not accepted after the service has been provided. Refunds before the service date will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions.
体験サービスの性質上、サービス提供後の返品はお受けできません。実施日前の返金については、適用されるキャンセル条件に基づいて対応します。
Cooling-Off / クーリング・オフ
The statutory cooling-off system does not apply to contracts concluded through online or other distance sales.
インターネット等の通信販売により成立した契約には、法律上のクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。
